Kingsman Tennis Clash
OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT RULES
These Official Tournament Rules govern participation in the Kingsman Tennis Clash at the Leisure Club Game Night Invitational. All selected players are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules below before competing. By registering and participating, players acknowledge and agree to these Official Rules, event requirements and applicable player waivers.
Event Date: October 17, 2026
Location: Beverly Hills, California
Organizer: Creative Network Agency / Leisure Club
Competition: Kingsman Tennis Clash
Field: 8 Players (4-player Women's Division, 4-player Men's Division)
Winner's Prize: $1,000 USD per division ($2,000 total prize pool)
01. COMPETITION OVERVIEW
The Kingsman Tennis Clash (“Competition”) is an eight-player, skill-based tennis competition presented as part of the Leisure Club Game Night Invitational, organized into two divisions: a Women's Division and a Men's Division, four players each.
Each division runs its own single-elimination bracket: Quarterfinals → Championship Match. The two players who win their Quarterfinals matches in a division are that division's semifinalists, and they meet in that division's Championship Match.
The winner of each division's Championship Match receives a guaranteed $1,000 cash prize, subject to these Official Rules. The Women's Division and Men's Division are scored, administered, and awarded independently — one does not affect the other.
The Competition is determined by tennis performance and is not a game of chance, sweepstakes, lottery, wager, or gambling activity.
02. ELIBITILITY
To participate, a player must:

-
Be at least 18 years old on October 17, 2026;
-
Be selected through the Leisure Club player application process or directly invited by Leisure Club, for either the Women's Division or the Men's Division;
-
Complete registration by the required deadline;
-
Pay the applicable player registration fee unless waived in writing by Leisure Club;
-
Complete all required releases, waivers, and player documentation; and
-
Comply with these Official Rules and applicable venue requirements.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Participation is limited to eight players — four per division.
Employees, contractors, and agents of Creative Network Agency and Leisure Club who are involved in administering, officiating, or scoring the Competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to compete.
03. PLAYER SELECTION
Leisure Club will curate each division's four-player field. Players may be selected based on factors including:

-
Tennis skill level and demonstrated playing ability, to keep each division's bracket competitively fair;
-
Playing frequency;
-
Competitive or tournament experience;
-
Suitability for the Competition format; and
-
Other legitimate event-related selection considerations.
Certain players may receive direct invitations from Leisure Club. Selection is not random. Invited players receiving complimentary entry or promotional consideration are subject to the same Competition rules as all other players in their division.
04. REGISTRATION FEE
Selected players are required to pay a registration fee of $165, regardless of division.
The registration fee provides access to the applicable Game Night player experience and Competition. It is not a bet, wager, or contribution to either division's prize.

Each division's $1,000 winner's prize is established independently of the number of paid player registrations in that division. Players receiving complimentary registration through a separate promotional agreement remain equally eligible to win their division.
05. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The Competition consists of two parallel four-player, single-elimination brackets — one per division:

-
Quarterfinals: 4 players per division (2 matches) → 2 advance per division
-
Championship Match: 2 players per division (1 match) → 1 Division Champion

Across both divisions, the Quarterfinals round is 4 matches total (2 Women's, 2 Men's); the Championship round is 2 matches total (1 Women's, 1 Men's).
A player must win their match to advance. A loss eliminates the player from that division's Competition. Each division's bracket and seeding procedure will be communicated to players before the Competition begins. Women's and Men's Division matches are independent — players compete only within their own division.
06. MATCH FORMAT
The official match clock begins following the designated warm-up period and is maintained by the Tournament Official or a designated timekeeper.
When the match period expires:
A. Point in progress. If a point has already begun when time expires, players complete that point. No new game begins after the clock expires.
B. Player leading in completed games. If one player leads in completed games after the final point is completed, that player wins the match (e.g., 2–0, 2–1, and 1–0 all go to the leader).
C. Completed games tied — unfinished game as tiebreaker. If the players are tied in completed games when time expires (for example, 0–0 or 1–1), the score of the game in progress at expiration — completed through the point required by subsection A — determines the match: whichever player is ahead in that unfinished game wins the match.
D. Both completed games and the unfinished game tied. If the players remain tied after subsection C (including where no game was in progress), the players immediately play a deciding match tiebreak: first to 7 points, win by 2, with a Golden Point at 6–6 so the tiebreak cannot extend indefinitely. The winner of the deciding tiebreak wins the match and advances.
This rule is communicated to all players in writing before the Competition begins.
07. SCORING
Regular tennis point scoring applies: Love → 15 → 30 → 40 → Game. Matches use no-ad scoring.

At deuce (40–40), one deciding point (“Golden Point”) determines the game. The receiver selects the side from which the deciding point is served. The player winning the Golden Point wins the game. There is no advantage scoring.
08. SERVING
Before each match, a coin toss or equivalent neutral method determines initial service. The winner of the toss may elect to serve first or receive first.

If the toss winner elects to receive first, the toss winner will serve in two of the first three games of the match. If the toss winner elects to serve first instead, their opponent will serve two of the first three games of the match. Standard service rules apply unless otherwise stated by the Tournament Official.
09. MATCH CLOCK & EXPIRATION

10. MATCH OFFICIAL
Leisure Club will designate a Tournament Official to administer the Competition, responsible for:

-
Explaining Competition rules;
-
Maintaining or supervising the official score and match clock;
-
Resolving scoring and line-call disputes;
-
Enforcing Competition rules and player conduct requirements;
-
Administering tiebreak procedures; and
-
Confirming final match results.
The Tournament Official's decisions concerning match administration, scoring, timing, and application of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.
11. LINE CALLS & POINT DISPUTE
Unless an official is actively making line calls, players are responsible for calls on their respective sides of the court, made promptly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved between players, the Tournament Official makes the final determination.

Players may not intentionally delay play to dispute a call or gain a timing advantage. Repeated or intentional misconduct may result in a point penalty, game penalty, or disqualification.
12. DELAYS & TIME MANAGEMENT
Players must be ready to compete at their designated match time. Intentional delay, excessive breaks, or conduct designed to manipulate the Competition clock is prohibited. The Tournament Official may direct a player to resume play, adjust the clock when appropriate, assess a point or game penalty, or disqualify a player for serious or repeated delay.
13. PLAYER CONDUCT
Players are expected to compete fairly and demonstrate appropriate sportsmanship. Leisure Club may issue warnings, penalties, or disqualification for conduct including:
-
Cheating or knowingly making false line calls;
-
Intentional rule violations;
-
Threatening or abusive behavior;
-
Racquet abuse or dangerous conduct;
-
Intentional interference with another player;
-
Deliberate manipulation of the match clock;
-
Refusal to follow Tournament Official instructions; or
-
Conduct that materially threatens the safety or integrity of the Competition.
14. WINNER'S PRIZE - $1,000 PER DIVISION
The winner of the Women's Division Championship Match will receive $1,000 USD. The winner of the Men's Division Championship Match will receive $1,000 USD. Each prize is guaranteed independently of the other and independently of player entry fees, subject to the cancellation provisions of these Official Rules.

Each division's prize:
-
Is awarded solely to that division's Competition winner;
-
Is not determined by chance;
-
Is not transferable to another player; and
-
Will be paid by ACH transfer within 15 business days following the event.
The two division prizes are independent of each other — a delay, dispute, or cancellation affecting one division's result does not affect the other division's prize. Each winner is responsible for their own applicable federal and California tax obligations arising from the prize. Before releasing a prize, Leisure Club will require the winner to complete a Form W-9 (or equivalent) and provide valid ACH banking details, and will report each prize as required by law, including issuance of an IRS Form 1099 for prizes meeting the applicable reporting threshold. Payment cannot be issued until both are on file.
15. INVITED / CREATOR PLAYERS
Leisure Club may invite certain players, in either division, to participate and waive their registration fee in exchange for promotional services under a separate agreement. Promotional consideration does not provide any competitive advantage. Invited players:
-
Compete under the same scoring rules;
-
Are subject to the same officiating and elimination format;
-
Are equally eligible for their division's $1,000 prize; and
-
Receive no preferential treatment regarding match results.
Any required social-media deliverables are governed by a separate promotional agreement and do not affect Competition outcomes.
16. NO WAGERING
The Competition is a skill-based athletic contest. Player registration fees are fees for participation in the Game Night/Competition experience and are not wagers on Competition outcomes. Leisure Club does not accept, administer, or facilitate bets or wagers concerning the Competition.
17. INJURY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Tennis and related athletic activity involve inherent risks of injury. All players must execute a separate Participant Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement before participating. Players are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating safely. Leisure Club may prevent or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for safety, subject to applicable law.
If a player is unable to continue or complete a match due to injury or another incapacitating circumstance, that player's opponent advances by walkover. The withdrawing player is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee and forfeits any further eligibility for the Competition prize.
18. WEATHER, COURT CONDITIONS & INTERRUPTION
Leisure Club may delay, modify, relocate, or suspend Competition play because of weather, unsafe court conditions, medical emergencies, venue requirements, equipment or facility problems, or other circumstances outside Leisure Club's reasonable control.
If a match is interrupted, Leisure Club will determine whether the match resumes from the existing score, restarts, is rescheduled, or is otherwise resolved under a pre-established contingency procedure communicated to players before the Competition begins.
19. EVENT CANCELLATION
If the Competition is canceled before play begins, Leisure Club will follow the refund and cancellation policy in Section 22 below. If a division's bracket begins but cannot be completed, the handling of that division's $1,000 prize will follow the cancellation procedure communicated to players before the Competition begins. This is assessed separately for each division — a completed Women's Division or Men's Division result is unaffected by a cancellation in the other division. Leisure Club will not arbitrarily select a winner for either division where that division's bracket has not produced one under these Official Rules.
20. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & CONTENT
The Game Night Invitational and Kingsman Tennis Clash will be photographed and filmed. Players will execute a separate media/publicity release addressing Leisure Club's rights to capture and use their name, image, likeness, voice, and event participation for event-related promotional and editorial purposes, subject to applicable law.
21. RULE CHANGES
Leisure Club may make reasonable changes necessary to address safety, weather, venue conditions, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Any material Competition-format change will be communicated to players before affected play begins. Rules will not be modified for the purpose of favoring or disadvantaging a particular player.
22. REGISTRATION FEE: REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your registration:

-
30 or more days before the event (on or before September 17, 2026): full refund of the registration fee.
-
14–29 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
-
Fewer than 14 days before the event: no refund. You may request a spot transfer under Section 23 instead.
-
If Leisure Club cancels the Competition or the event before play begins: full refund of the registration fee.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Leisure Club / Creative Network Agency email at info@creativenetworkagency.co. Processing may take up to 14 business days.
23. SPOT TRANSFERS - NOT PERMITTED
Player registrations are non-transferable. A registered player's spot in a division may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person under any circumstances. A player who cannot attend should request a refund under Section 22 (if eligible) rather than seek to transfer their spot.
24. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT
A player who does not appear, ready to play, at their scheduled match time — subject to the grace and delay procedures in Section 12 — forfeits that match to their opponent. No refund is issued for a no-show. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, request a refund under Section 22 before the applicable deadline; your spot cannot be transferred to another player (Section 23).
25. EQUIPMENT & ATTIRE
Players are responsible for bringing their own racket. A limited number of loaner rackets may be available on request but are not guaranteed.
Recommended attire is resort tennis wear; closed-toe, non-marking tennis shoes are required for court access. Players not appropriately outfitted for the court may be asked to change before play.
26. PLAYER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By registering and participating, each player acknowledges that they have received and agree to comply with these Official Competition Rules, applicable venue requirements, and all provisions above, including the no-wagering, prize, cancellation, transfer, and assumption-of-risk provisions. Acceptance of these Official Rules is a condition of registration.
27. GOVERNMING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Competition or these Official Rules will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each player consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose.
