II. THE TOURNAMENT
8 CHALLENGERS.
2 CHAMPIONS.
The Kingsman Tennis Clash is an eight-player skill-based tennis competition featuring separate men's and women's brackets. Players advance through head-to-head competition until one Men's Champion and one Women's Champion are crowned.

III. TOURNAMENT RULES
THE RULES
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE THE MATCH
01.
Match Play
The Kingsman Tennis Clash features eight selected players — four men and four women — competing in separate single-elimination divisions.
Each division begins with two opening matches. Winners advance to their respective Championship Match, where one Men's Champion and one Women's Champion will be crowned.
Opening matches are played within a 15-minute match period following a two-minute warm-up. Matches are played as a best-of-three games competition. If time expires during a point, the point will be completed. The player leading in completed games wins the match. If completed games are tied, players will move immediately to a deciding tiebreak.
02.
Serving
A coin toss before each match determines the first choice of serve. The winner may elect to serve or receive first. Because matches are best-of-three games, the player who serves first will serve Games 1 and 3, if a third game is needed; the other player serves Game 2.
03.
Scoring
Regular tennis scoring applies: Love → 15 → 30 → 40 → Game, with no-ad scoring. At 40–40, one Golden Point determines the game. The receiver chooses the side from which the deciding point is served.
04.
Line Calls
Players are responsible for making prompt, fair and good-faith line calls on their respective sides of the court. If players cannot resolve a disputed call, the Tournament Official will make the final determination. Intentional false calls or delays may result in a penalty or disqualification.
05.
Warm- Up
Players receive a two-minute on-court warm-up before each match. Once the warm-up concludes, the official match clock begins. Players should arrive warmed up and ready to compete to keep tournament play on schedule.
06.
Advancement
Each division begins with four players. The winners of the two opening matches advance to their division's Championship Match. The Championship winner is crowned the Men's or Women's Kingsman Tennis Clash Champion and receives the $1,000 cash prize.
07.
Sportsmanship
Players are expected to compete fairly and respectfully at all times. Cheating, intentional interference, false line calls, racquet abuse, abusive behavior, deliberate delays or failure to follow the Tournament Official's instructions may result in a warning, point or game penalty, or disqualification.
08.
Injury / Withdrawal
Players are responsible for determining that they are physically able to compete safely. If a player is injured, withdraws or is unable to continue a match, the Tournament Official will determine the match result and advancement in accordance with the Official Rules.
